Hello again!
Slow progress in the recording of our new ep, but soon all the synth tracks will be done and it´s time for some solo-shredding-monster-guitar-recording!
Until that you will have to settle with some nice pictures and videos of Max doing what he does best! Playing the keyboard that is!!!

We´ve started to record the next Dawn of glory Ep in our new studio!
I, Klauser, started recording the drums four days ago and finished today, friday.
Because we´ll do it all ourself, we can really take the time to do everything perfect,
and I´m really happy with how the drums turned out! Next week is bass-week! Stay tuned!

Well we´re finished with our studio and have been rehearsing and recording some new material, pre-production for a new demo.

Here´s some pictures from Tullakrok 2008!

Altough the weather was pretty bad some people showed up after all, and we would like to thank everyone who was there to rock with us!

Petter and Dennis had an acoustic gig at Topspin yesterday. They played cover versions of some metal/hard rock songs. Here´s the pistures:

Here´s some news for you! Dawn of glory will play at the annual Tullakroks-festivalen in Ängelholm. Time and date isn´t set yet but the festival is between the 19th and 20th of july!

We´ve also moved to a preliminary rehearsal studio in Ängelholm so that we can reherse some before the gigs. Our own is still under construction, but slowly and steady we´re getting there.

On friday it´s time to drag you and your friends to Topspin in Ängelholm for some heavy drinking metal!
We will go on stage 22.00 but be there at 21.00 and drink some beers with us!
The entrance fee is 50:-.

Right now we are building our new rehersal studio / recording studio so there is not much to update you on. Here´s some pics of what we are doing right now.

We just finished insulating and building the floor, so now we are starting with the walls and celing. Hopefully it will be finished soon so we can start rehersing and record a new demo!

Hello folks. A gig is booked in Höganäs at Erik Ruut. It will take place the 8th of december.
We will play with such bands as Chaeostribe, Faithfull Darkness and Sins in Vain.

Hello everyone. We´ve had some lack of updates lately because we have beem very busy working, rehearsing and drinking beer!
We havn´t got much to update right now. I´ve made some changes in the guestbook due to some spam we got recently, so hopefully we won´t get that shit anymore.

Right now we are writing some new songs for the next demo. Hopefully there will be four songs on it, and if that´s the case we are halfway there. :)

More pics may come up soon, and a gig in malmö is booked. I´ll return with more information!

Well unfortunaly we didn´t get through to the semifinals in Popcorn. But instead we will be writing some new material and keep going. Thanks to everyone who was there and voted for us. Hopefully there will be a video from the show in a few days.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I know it´s a little late, but there hasn´t been anything to rapport for a while.
Some minor updates on the site:
- A poll for you to vote for our best songs.
- A new menu.
- The name and cover for our newest demo. It´s called ´On the wall´.
- Lyrics for `On the wall` is up.
- Some improvements on the site that you might never even know what they are.

Good news everyone. Dawn of Glory has been accepted to the annual music competition POPCORN at the TIVOLI in Helsingborg. We will get on stage wednesday the 7th of february. So all you metal heads better show up and show us and the other bands your support. .

Time: 19.00
Cost: 50:- with Tivoli pass 20:-
Other bands: Sins in Vain, Acrasia and Future Idiots

So we´re hoping to see as many people as possible there banging their heads with us!

I´m very glad to say that the new demo is DONE! We´re very pleased with the result and we hope you´ll like it. Now we will send it to record labels, magazines, clubs and ofcourse have it for you to buy at our gigs! It´s up for download but we´ll also send it for pressing as soon as we have the cover ready! We haven´t got a name for the demo yet and one song is still unnamed but we will sort that out in time. Hope you like it and feel free to write in the guestbook!

Finaly things is starting to happen again. The new demo is almost complete, just some mixing and mastring left to be done, which we will do in a week or so. But we´re pretty psyched about this demo right now! It has a killer sound even before mixing, so I can just imagine how it will sound like when it´s finished.
Everything is good! Fat drum sound, killer guitars and even bass guitar! haha
Our former synth-player Max came down to the studio to lay down some solo stuff and that ended up very cool! We recorded like a jam session between keyboard and guitar. All thanks goes out to Richard Larsson for putting up with us for these five days!

We have decided to record a new demo in November. We will most likely record it in Ceasar studios near the city of Lund. More info to come.

First update on the new official Dawn of Glory website!
Alot of thing has happened since the latest site was updated, which was sometime around late ice age I belive.
Members have left and been replaced with new ones. Gigs has been done and interviews given. A new demo is out and up for download.
Right now the site is under construction and everything might not work properly all the time, but I will try to fix problems as soon as they pop up.
Pics and possibly some new downloads will be soon to come.
